Meet Jacques Jooste, Operations Director at iDetic.
Jacques is an ethical, respectful and compassionate person who has a keen interest in human behavior. His curious mind is always seeking to understand the motivation behind decisions and actions. If Jacques could travel back in time, he would exchange his B.Sc. Mathematical Science studies for a degree in Psychology.
In his professional career, Jacques has more than a decade’s worth of experience in operations and service delivery by working for some of the largest telecommunication companies in South Africa, such as Internet Solutions and Vodacom. He managed some of the most demanding and largest networks in the industry, making him exceptionally well suited in managing and taking care our client’s needs.
Jacques didn’t just want to be a cog in the machine, and wanted to help build a legacy, which is why he made the shift to join our company. He believes in enriching people’s lives though the use of technology, a culture that runs deep within iDetic.
After hours he loves learning about natural sciences, philosophy and has a deep passion for music.
